The first thing guns are for killing. The right to bear arms back then in 1791, is different today. There are anywhere from 200 million to more than 350 million guns in the U.S.
With these millions of guns does this mean a lot of killings? Over 19000 deaths in 20/20 this does not include crimes with guns. Life is the most valuable thing on this earth, but there are times people make me wonder judging how easily life is taken. In order for guns to kill they need a trigger finger. Let’s examine some of the reasons for killings. (1) Lack of proper home training, not teaching love thy neighbor as you should love yourself. (2) In-home violence on the television and video games, you are a product of what enters into your mind. Therefore in a stressful or violent situation, one is more likely to respond violently than find a peaceful solution. (3) The lack of proper education can cause low paying job on top of seeing the wealthy having all the finer things in life before them that can inspire the poor to want the same, they pick up the guns fuel with drugs. (4) Guns and Violence are big businesses, just take a look around us as a people we created this prison of home security we live in. Money is truly at the root of all evil, yet you would gladly give it all away on your death bed to live another day with the family.
