At the time of the coronavirus outbreak, the American economy was not doing well at all. Unemployment was at an all-time high as businesses were closing shop. There were stimulus checks to people who were unable to work due to being quarantined by the coronavirus amounted to billions of dollars, and there were billions of dollars issued to the business owners to help save their business that would have closed its doors were it not for the stimulus checks. Business owners complained of stimulus being given to workers calling them lazy for not wanting to return, but what the stimulus did was open the eyes of the employees being underpaid by their employers and also much-needed family time was regained and enjoyed. Now the stimulus is no more for the working people, yet business owners continue to get stimulus checks while raising their prices on the public, and having the public pay for the increase in salaries for their employees. Some businesses got so much money, they never reopened, I hear! Now just this morning, I heard renters are being forced to pay their back rent which was not paid during the pandemic work layoff, for which their landlords received stimulus checks. If this is the case, landlords are getting paid twice. No matter what the situation, the poor are always screwed. AARP canceled my insurance because I was a death risk being over 70 years when the coronavirus started attacking seniors as it seemed to me and kept my policy money. Now, everything is becoming electric, robotic and humanless which means a lot of jobs once held by humans will no longer be needed. The business people have access to all the stimulus money they need to faze out the human workers. I saw self-driving buses, trucks, cars, and robots have already taken over manufacturing jobs.
