Capitalism is a good system I think, but greed and the lack of transparency of those in charge have destroyed it. The wealthy 2% of the population owns everything directly or indirectly. The other 98% of the population compete for the remaining 2% of the wealth. The quality of education determines one’s position and how well they survive on the playing field of life! People are a means to a dollar and a vote, therefore if you are uneducated, don’t have any money, or if not registered to vote, you are worthless. On the other hand, everyone is trying to get your money by any means, and they are doing it to the degree you are made junkies to buy their products. Food, for example, People eat based on taste which is not the smartest thing to do, but the majority do it! So! Sugar which is proven to be very addictive is put into all foods and drinks in order to get people to purchase their products. Clothing and Jewelry, for example, some colors are more pleasing to the eyes than others this is why the grass is green. Sounds, for example, the human body is regulated by rhythm, the best exercise is walking to the beat of your heart! The lack of education, being you pay for what you do not know, and there is less competition on the playing field. They get your money and you have nothing.
