On leaving out Afghanistan after 20 years of occupation and over $2-trillion spent. I heard a credible public figure make the statement, that over 20-thousand contractors received a majority of the $2-trillion dollars which was being spent on questionable projects! The reason being, a blank check, no oversight, or transparency. It seems to be the norm, the fence is always mended after the horse is loose. You sit back let contractors charge whatever they want for 20 years and do nothing, now that America is no longer in Afghanistan, you talk about the contractors ripping off the government. The same is with politicians who have committed or being accused of crimes while in office. They are overlooked with full benefits, ( not you or I) once out of office their wrongdoings begin to surface with no consequences. The same with the wrongdoings of the voting rights, the same with the insurrection on our capitol, the same with the mask protecting our children against the vaccines. We know what is wrong! If you don’t know, put yourself on the receiving end of your own doings. Until the American people fix the fence, it is never going to get done.
